Custom Poem Terms & Conditions

Thank you for trusting me with your story. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, the following Terms & Conditions apply to all custom poem commissions.

 

1. Copyright & Ownership

All custom poems created by Tony Cardona (tonycpoetry) remain the intellectual property of the author.
Clients receive personal use rights only, which include:

• Reading

• Saving

• Printing for themselves

• Gifting to another person

Not permitted without written permission:

• Publishing the poem anywhere online or in print

• Reselling the poem

• Using it for commercial purposes

• Claiming authorship

 

2. Creative Freedom

By submitting a custom poem request, the client understands that the final piece is a creative interpretation based on the information provided.
My writing style, tone, and artistic choices are part of the creative process.

Revisions may be offered at my discretion, depending on the scope and nature of the request.

 

3. Payment & Refunds

• Payment is required before writing begins.

• All payments are non-refundable once writing has started.

• If a request is declined before work begins, any payment already made will be refunded in full.

 

4. Delivery

All poems are delivered digitally, unless agreed otherwise.
Estimated delivery times will be provided after payment is completed. Delivery times may vary based on request detail and complexity.

 

5. Permission for Marketing Use (Optional)

I may request permission to share the poem on:

• My website

• Social media

• Promotional materials

The client may accept or decline this request.
No poem will ever be shared without explicit permission.

 

6. Sensitive Information

By submitting a poem request, clients agree not to send harmful, illegal, or confidential content.
Any personal details shared will remain private and used only for the purpose of writing the poem.

 

7. Liability

Tony Cardona (tonycpoetry) is not responsible for:

• Misinterpretations of the poem

• Emotional responses to the content

• How the client or others choose to share or distribute the poem afterward

This service provides creative writing, not counseling, legal advice, or professional mental health support.

 

8. Agreement

By submitting the custom poem request form and/or completing payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
